Investment Manager Role

This is a prime opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate-level candidate to take the lead on complex transactions and gain experience across the entire lending transaction lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Capital and CEO, focusing on origination across the capital stack, backed by a robust balance sheet and access to diverse capital pools. The role requires driving deal execution and sponsor relationships, contributing directly to Fund Under Management (FUM) growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven candidate:

  • with 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Private Credit or CRE Advisory
  • who feels comfortable engaging with brokers and sponsors to drive origination
  • with outstanding attitude, eager to work hard and grow within CRE Private Credit
  • with analytical skills to manage individual dealflow in line with the right risk profile vs fund mandates
