About the Role

The Fund Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the Investment Strategy and performance of the Fund.

  • Assist in developing and implementing the Fund's Investment Strategy, working closely with Asset Managers and Capital Transactions teams.
  • Maintain and update the Fund Model, calculate asset and Fund-level returns, and perform attribution and contribution analysis to assess performance.
  • Analyse financial and strategic implications of acquisitions, divestments, capital projects, and major lease transactions.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.


About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce; additional professional studies in related fields are advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within property or finance sectors, with strong exposure to unlisted funds and financial structures.
  • Advanced financial modelling capabilities; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
