Transaction Services Financial Lead

This senior role in Transaction Services is focused on leading teams to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reports. The successful candidate will have 6 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in a dedicated Transaction Services role.
About the PositionAs a Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading teams to perform detailed financial due diligence and forecast reviews
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and boards
- Interacting directly with senior management of clients
- Identifying negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
- Performance management, mentoring and training junior staff members
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Background in a leading accounting or advisory firm or investment banking
- Strong report writing, research, modelling and financial analytical skills
- Delivery and project management experience
- CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar
- Degree with outstanding academic record from a leading Australian or Overseas university or business school in fields including Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance
