Job Overview

This role involves maintaining, servicing and repairing Reverse Vending Machines and other equipment to ensure they operate at maximum performance.

Maintain a clean driving record and have a love for being hands-on in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintaining installed equipment including conveyors, sensors, motors and mobile communications.
  • Reporting on service assignments and faults.
  • Installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites.
  • Providing excellent customer service to partners and members of the public.
  • Analysing areas of potential improvement and reporting to the local service team.
  • Cleaning equipment regularly.
Requirements
  • A trade certificate in electrical or mechanical/electrical field.
  • A great personality with previous experience interacting with customers.
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills in relation to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment maintenance.
  • Experience in troubleshooting faults with electronic components and replacing circuit boards, sensors and other electronic components.
  • An unrestricted driver's license and willingness to submit a full driving history record, federal police check and medical report.
  • Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
