Maintenance Team Lead

As a seasoned maintenance professional, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead our team in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in equipment maintenance.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with prior site-based maintenance experience to coordinate and manage all maintenance activities for our fleet and client's mobile plant equipment.
  • This includes drill maintenance, as well as developing strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in functional areas.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  • In addition, they will identify and implement opportunities for improvement in maintenance management and associated workflows.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience working on-site as a maintenance superintendent is essential.
  • An excellent understanding of equipment maintenance, particularly with CAT mining equipment, is required.
  • Previous experience with AMT maintenance software would be advantageous.
  • A valid Australian Recognised Heavy or Mobile Plant Trade Certificate is mandatory.
  • A C Class Manual Driver's License is also required.
