We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Transgrid. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of technology projects and initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage communications with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of change initiatives and their impact.
- Oversee the implementation of changes to ensure successful end-user adoption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current and future states, ensuring business impacts are accurately captured and translated into clear change communication materials.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Change Manager, with a focus on technology-driven people change initiatives and projects.
- Professional qualifications/certification in Change Management or other relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in the application of Change Management Methodologies (CMBok, Prosci - ADKAR) and associated tools and templates.
- Experience developing engaging training plans, training material, and conducting training sessions in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to understand and advocate for the end-user experience.
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate, establish, and maintain relationships at all levels from the C-suite to field-based staff.
- Experience contributing to the development of business cases, project, and resource plans, in conjunction with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
- Sound understanding of Business Analysis, Project Management, and Testing disciplines and how they are used to effectively deliver projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a contributing member of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with effective remediation strategies to remedy any impacts on delivery timelines for projects.
- Sound knowledge of technology and business operations.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects and initiatives at the same time managing deliverables soundly.
