Job Title: Duty Manager

The Exchange Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join their team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's day-to-day activities, including managing staff, supervising front-of-house operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Manage front-of-house operations, including guest check-in, concierge services, and room assignments.
- Supervise and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure all front-desk and concierge duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
\- 2+ years' experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
