Lead Engineering Manager

This is a key leadership role in our business, focusing on the overall management of engineering within major projects. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership during the tender phase and fostering a culture of teamwork within the engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior/Engineering Manager on major energy infrastructure projects, relevant tertiary qualifications, CPEng or eligibility to obtain, and membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering institution.

You will lead the selection and collaboration with external design partners, assign key personnel, conduct peer reviews and technical audits, drive engineering's contribution to business development, and lead staff training and support ongoing professional development.

  • Manage the delivery of engineering services across multiple project sites
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the engineering team
  • Maintain high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders
