Job Role: People Systems and Services Advisor

At Grill'd Healthy Burgers, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to manage multiple tasks and processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar HR position, with exposure to HR systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating employee contracts, salary reviews, and managing offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant employee data across HR systems, ensuring everything is up-to-date.
  • Proactively managing working rights and visa compliance, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Overseeing the deployment of surveys for onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Supporting the Recognition and Reward Program and managing performance and remuneration review processes.
  • Providing managers with coaching and advice on employee relations (ER) matters, including performance and conflict resolution.
  • Creating reports from HR systems to track key metrics and provide insights.

The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities.
