We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join our team as a People Systems Advisor.

This role is a critical part of delivering HR initiatives, supporting processes, and maintaining HR systems across Restaurants and Support Office.

The successful candidate will ensure that people practices reflect business needs and adapt to our growing fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generate employee contracts, salary reviews, and manage offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee data across HR systems
  • Proactively manage working rights and visa compliance
  • Oversee the deployment of surveys for onboarding, engagement, and offboarding
  • Support the Recognition and Reward Program and manage performance and remuneration review processes
  • Provide managers with coaching and advice on employee relations matters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar HR position
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • A can-do attitude, resilience, and passion for sharing knowledge and driving improvements
  • Understanding of HR policies and practices, with relevant qualifications preferred
