- Experience: Extensive experience as a senior business analyst or lead business analyst.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of contemporary business and process analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Communication: High level of experience planning workshops and conducting sessions with large groups.
- Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Coaching: Well-honed coaching/mentoring skills.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Passion: Passionate about the business analysis profession and eager to proactively help RACQ improve its business analysis practice.
