About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Brooklyn VIC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating billing documents, generating invoices, and reconciling purchase orders. They will also be involved in stock management and control, as well as assisting with shared email inboxes and team tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience with SAP and G-Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing administrative documents and records
  • Assisting with finance and accounting tasks
  • Providing support to the finance team with end-of-month processes
  • Managing stock and inventory levels
  • Assisting with team tasks and projects
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General administration and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP and G-Suite (desirable)
