Strategic Digital Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to lead our clients' businesses and brands forward.

  • Digital media strategy development and execution to drive business transformation.
  • End-to-end leadership of retained clients to ensure revenue growth and positive stakeholder feedback.
  • Integrated marketing campaign creation and presentation aligned to clients' media or communications strategy.
  • Clear goals and benchmarks setting, aligning with clients' business needs and trackable over time.
  • Analytical skills utilising proprietary and third-party tools for insights and campaign decision-making.
  • Industry trend monitoring, competitor analysis and best practice optimisation.
  • Collaboration with team members for proactive and reactive solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in digital media, with a solid understanding of search and analytics tools. The ability to work within project management platforms and leverage expertise to drive additional revenue growth opportunities is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, are also required. A solid understanding of data and insights, with the ability to interpret and act on findings, is crucial. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively, will be highly valued.
