Senior Business Analyst Digital Transformation Lead

A seasoned professional in business analysis is required to lead a high-profile enterprise-wide digital transformation program. This program spans multiple complex streams of delivery, including ERP, HR/Payroll, and Finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts across various workstreams, ensuring the delivery of end-to-end business and process analysis.
- Drive process reengineering efforts to support the future-state operating model and system transformations.
- Act as a central liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams to align requirements and ensure traceability.
- Ensure business and technical requirements are clearly defined, validated, and maintained throughout the program lifecycle.
- Provide oversight of integration analysis across platforms, ensuring consistency in data models and business logic.
- Maintain governance over business analysis deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and program milestones.
- Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops and produce high-quality documentation.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, process flows, integrations, and platform interoperability.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident business analysis leader with a track record of success in large-scale digital transformation programs. They will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and deep expertise in process analysis, business reengineering, and systems integration.
