We are seeking a Service Leader to join our team in delivering exceptional quality care provision. As a key member of our organization, you will provide leadership and practice development to support workers, focusing on day-to-day excellence.
About the RoleThe Service Leader will work closely with the Service Manager to facilitate high-level service input and advice to staff and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of client care at all times.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate and monitor the integration and coordination of care for clients
- Operational management of a team of Residential Support Workers including disciplinary measures, recruitment and selection, personal career development, statutory and mandatory training, and delegating as appropriate
- Provide high-level service input and advice to Stride staff and other stakeholders, ensuring high standards of client care at all times
We are a mental health charity providing specialist services since 1907. Our mission is to enhance the effectiveness of support for persons with a mental illness.
Requirements:- A degree or relevant qualification (Diploma or Certificate)
- A minimum of one year's experience leading a team or as a Senior Support Worker with mentoring and coaching experience
- Ability to consult and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in working within a residential recovery model
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
