
Administrative Coordinator Opportunity

This is a challenging role for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience who can bring their expertise to a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting various departments, and contributing to the success of the organisation.

As part of a growing network, we offer a range of services including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, psychology, speech pathology, dietetics, podiatry, and massage therapy in a friendly and collaborative environment.
The Role- Responsibilities include opening and closing the centre at beginning and end of workday.
- Greeting patients and responding to their enquiries.
- Assist service providers with appointment bookings, payments processing, accounts billings/reconciliation/receivables/payables.
- Communication (face to face/phone/fax/email) with service providers, referrers, and patients.
- Assist with ordering and storage of office supplies, stationary, and service provider stock and items.
- General centre facilities tidy up, basic dusting/vacuuming, use of washing machine/dryer/hanging of towels and emptying of bins.
- Full-time or part-time casual position with opportunity to transition to full-time permanent position.
- Full support and training provided.
- Excellent platform to learn, explore, and work closely with other administrative staff, marketing team, management, as well as allied health professionals.
- Working together with an energetic and vibrant team within a supportive and friendly environment.
- Organised team player willing to adapt, learn, and innovate.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong customer service skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Ability to empathise with patients.
- Own a vehicle and be willing to travel is advantageous.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and emails.
- Previous skills in using medical and allied health software.
- Previous experience in allied health or NDIS administration is an advantage.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities are an advantage.
- Essential to have a driver's licence and own vehicle.
