Job Opportunity:

The Associate Photographer role is a key position within the organization, responsible for capturing high-quality images and virtual tours of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing efforts by producing exceptional 3-D visualizations and floor plans.
  • Develop a portfolio of photographs to showcase properties in an appealing manner.
  • Collaborate with scheduling teams to optimize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales professionals, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
  • Navigate spatial grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards to safeguard company assets and equipment.
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of professional experience.
  • Real Estate Photography expertise required.
  • Experience working as a professional photographer or recent degree in photography.
  • FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within thirty days of offer.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and productivity software.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Field experience preferred.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license.
