Photographer Position

Capture high-quality photographs and virtual tours of residential homes and apartments.

This role requires a skilled photographer with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
  • Develop a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments in an appealing way.
  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, sales teams, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
  • Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.
  • Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
  • Adhere to safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Real Estate Photography experience is required.
  • Experience working as a professional photographer or recently earned degree in photography.
  • A valid FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

This is an hourly position with a base salary of $50,000 annually, plus opportunity for monthly bonuses.
