Virtual Tour Photographer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Tour Photographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality virtual tours of residential homes and apartments.

About the Role:

  • Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints of residential properties using a Matterport Pro 3 camera.
  • Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments in a pleasing way.
  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management teams.
  • Navigate commercial real estate data coverage grids to identify new inventory and missing availability.
  • Avoid hazards while working and represent the company professionally at all times.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support marketing efforts by capturing high-quality virtual tours.
  2. Create engaging photographs to showcase properties.
  3. Maximize appointments and meet client demands.
  4. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  5. Navigate commercial real estate data coverage grids.
  6. Maintain safety standards and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Real Estate Photography experience required.
  • Familiarity with digital camera equipment and iPad applications.
  • Possession of a current and valid driver's license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
