Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Photographer to join our team. As an Associate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and photographs of residential homes and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture stunning 3-D virtual tours and footprints of residential homes and apartments
  • Create a portfolio of photographs that showcase the best features of properties
  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives
  • Navigate grid systems to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage
  • Ensure safety standards are met while operating company equipment
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times

Requirements:

  • At least two years of professional experience in photography
  • Real Estate Photography expertise required
  • Experience working as a photographer or a degree in photography is essential
  • A Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to accurately capture and enter data
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day
  • Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds
  • Frequent hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment
