BeyondTrust is seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth in the public sector.

This is a high-impact role that involves leading end-to-end execution of our go-to-market strategy, managing complex sales cycles and developing business within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Accelerate revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets through account development and expansion.
  • Maintain strong sales hygiene and cadence, with a deep understanding of customers' businesses to drive accurate forecasting and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Build strategic relationships with customers by understanding their priorities, challenges and growth plans, aligning BeyondTrust's solutions with clear business outcomes.
  • Support customers and partners with ongoing education and adoption programs to maximise value realisation and drive solution proficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the BeyondTrust partner ecosystem to co-create differentiated, value-driven solutions that deliver on customer objectives.
Requirements:
  • Must be based in Sydney or Canberra.
  • A high-performing self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems.
  • Proven success selling into Federal and State Government, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Experience in enterprise software, IT services, SaaS, IoT, or managed services within complex environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding, enabling you to build credible and influential relationships across all levels of customer organisations.
  • Skilled in articulating a strong sales message and advancing deals through the sales cycle.
