**What You'll Do**

This exciting role will be focused on a combination of Local and Federal Government customers to drive digital solutions. We are looking for a dynamic performance focused ICT sales leader who will be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. We are looking for talent with:

- proven record for exceeding sales targets guided by a genuine ambition to consistently succeed driving value for our customers, creating and renewing sales methods and techniques.
- an expert ability to build successful relationships through effective communication and liaison, establishing trust and engaging actively with executive customers and all levels of stakeholders.
- sales operations experience in business reporting (weekly, monthly, quarter, half commit and pipeline development)
- values collaboration, respect, innovation, integrity and diversity, and brings these core values to identifying and capitalising on strengths in the organisation to drive customer values.
- demonstrated high degree of professionalism, integrity and self-discipline;
- exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- preferable - experience with the Federal Government portfolio background and/or market drivers & intersections;

**Who You'll Work With**

Leading and supporting our customers you will interface and orchestrate key Cisco extended team resources (both local and global) across Customer Success (CX), Product - across our key Enterprise Networking, Collaboration, Security and Data Centre Architectures, System Engineers, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Cisco Capital and Channel Partner teams direct. You will lead an account team building engagement and solution offering propositions leveraging a broad portfolio of technology products and services. Working as part of the Federal Team, you will be part of a broader Cisco Canberra team within Cisco's worldwide sales operation.

**Who You Are**
- 5-10 years experience selling to customers with a proven track record in direct or telephone based sales.
- experience in positioning complex sales solutions to customers or partners.
- a self-starter with the ability to learn and position technology/solution plays in view of driving the appropriate engagements with customers with clear business benefits in sight.
- highly motivated with a hunting spirit and excited about direct selling to develop new opportunities and grow business in multiple technology dimensions.
- ability to respond and handle challenges in a fast moving business environment.
- a good listener and someone who is able to think outside the box to contribute creatively towards building solid business pipeline and driving sustainable business.
- education qualification of Bachelor degree from a reputed university is favorable.
