Design Director - Digital Experience

We are seeking a seasoned Design Director to lead our digital experience team. As the driving force behind our design efforts, you will oversee and mentor a talented group of designers, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail and customer-facing products or services, with extensive experience in digital design for e-commerce. They will have exposure to end-to-end design processes, from research and discovery through to delivery and measurement.

This senior-level role requires proven ability to work effectively in a high-activity environment with competing priorities and time pressures. Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentations and communication with influence, are essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience leading and managing design teams, with a focus on mentoring, supporting, and driving team success.
