We're looking for a Mid Level Designer to join our small team at our studio in Camberwell. This position will involve working on various retail projects throughout various stages of their program, and also support our Design Director. Projects will primarily focus on retail concepts, roll-outs and guidelines, across multiple industries.

This role could suit an interior or industrial designer.

Experience in retail design is a must and optimally, you will have up to five years working within the industry. You must be able to confidently take a project from concept design through to completion.

We are looking for a creative and curious designer who works with a problem-solving mindset. It's essential to be up to date with what's happening in the market, both at a local and international level. You must also have a knowledge and interest in how things are built or documented. Experience in concept creation, floor planning, site-visits/measure-ups and documentation will be required, and attention to detail is a must too.

We work in a small studio located opposite Camberwell Station in Melbourne and we're a work-in-the-office culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and inspiring design team, where you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of exciting projects.

**Requirements**:

- An understanding of spatial design, architecture and interiors in the retail industry.
- Ability to draw to scale with CAD software (we use ArchiCAD)
- Skills in 3D drawing and renders.
- Exceptional design skills combined with a solid understanding of materials, 3D design, detailing and documentation.
