Experience Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team. As a premium retailer, we pride ourselves on innovation and design excellence in the retail industry.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver world-class customer service
  • Fully understand financial reporting and be able to step up and manage the showroom when needed
  • Engage and influence your team through coaching, developing, and inspiring them to be their best
  • Maintain store standards through merchandising and interior design skills

Requirements

  • Interior Design Background is advantageous
  • Experience working in a similar retail space, such as flooring, rugs, design, and blinds
  • Effective people management skills to achieve best results from all team members
  • Past experience in achieving budgets and KPIs
  • Exceptional sales skills
  • Able to performance manage and develop your team
  • Operational skills, including rostering, stock take, and customer ordering
  • A love of styling, VM, and interior design
  • Past experience in basic financial reports, such as P&L, shrinkage reports, and wage control
  • Comfortable moving heavy items
  • A passion to succeed and grow in the retail industry
  • Able to handle customer issues or order discrepancies
  • Brilliant time management skills
