Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Engineer">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, TSM, and FSM, as well as integrations with Domain Separation.

The successful candidate will work closely with in-house solution teams and/or third-party vendors to automate business processes through scripting and development of applications in ServiceNow.

  • Achieve process efficiencies by creating interfaces in ServiceNow to interact with various other systems.
  • Implement the Agile methodology of project delivery when releasing new solutions.
  • Identify areas that require improvement and propose solutions to address them.
  • Maintain software at required currency.
