ServiceNow Solution Engineer

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules.
A strong understanding of network and infrastructure operations is required.
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Develop and manage Service Portal components.
- Evaluate and enhance ITOM processes for optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align ITOM with business objectives.
- Develop integration plans to link ITOM with external systems.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Lead and support ServiceNow ITOM-related upgrades and enhancements.
- Design automation workflows for IT operations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments and integrating with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of network and infrastructure operations.
