ServiceNow Developer Position

This position involves the design, implementation and management of complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business goals and IT strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HRSD.

About the Role:
  • The role requires a lead to oversee the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions ensuring they are scalable, secure and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Designing high-level architectures for ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules is required to ensure optimal integration with other enterprise systems.
  • The role also involves defining and enforcing governance practices for the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with architecture standards, security protocols and best practices.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members is essential to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Solutions must be designed with security, compliance and data privacy in mind adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Working closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets is key to the success of this role.
  • Developing and maintaining the ServiceNow roadmap aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies is crucial.
  • Collaboration with ServiceNow partners and vendors is necessary to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and adherence to best practices.
  • Creating detailed architecture and design documentation as well as executive-level reports and presentations is required to communicate technical strategies and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions is essential.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and other modules is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
  • At least 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform is needed.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are necessary.
  • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude is required.
