Our organization is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification is required.
  • Excellent Analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
