Expert Collections Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced collections specialist to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients, manage credit risk, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct high volume collection calls to ensure timely payments and improve accounts receivable aging.
- Raise customer disputes in salesforce ticketing system.
- Identify and escalate accounts where needed.
- Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to achieve collections targets.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in high volume collections and excellent time management skills.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in collections and experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results and improve processes.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and prior experience using SAP (preferred).
