About the Program

This innovative, holistic program is designed to re-engage young people aged 10-16 who have been involved in the youth justice system and are disengaged from mainstream schooling.

We bring together a dedicated team of educators, youth workers, and family support specialists to deliver small-group learning and wraparound support. Each class supports just 10 young people, ensuring personalised attention and strong pathways back into education, training, or employment.

The Role
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services that meet contractual and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, services, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Manage operational requirements, including rostering, compliance, and reporting, to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Champion the rights, voices, and wellbeing of young people in the program.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience working with young people in contact with the youth justice system, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams that achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in behavioural sciences, education, or related discipline.
