Job Title: Regulatory Governance and Compliance Professional
Join a dynamic team of professionals working to strengthen protections and rights of vulnerable Victorians accessing social services. We are seeking an experienced Manager, Registration to lead our efforts in legislative requirements and issues relating to the registration of organisations.
The Manager, Registration will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of guidance, support and education to build capacity and regulatory understanding in the regulated sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of registration officers responsible for legislative requirements and issues related to the registration of organisations;
- Planning, implementing and managing initiatives that improve the regulation of in-scope entities to ensure they meet required standards;
- Developing and implementing sector learning and development initiatives, including guidance, communication and training;
- Producing, reviewing and communicating high quality resources for use by the regulated sectors;
- Maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders, including the SSR's Minister;
