**Job Overview:**

The Complaints and Investigations Officer supports the delivery of regulatory compliance programs, which includes investigations, complaints management, data analysis, education, and communication of key outcomes.

Our team is responsible for regulating the professional conduct of architects and ensuring compliance with prescribed terms.

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Governance Professional to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the compliance function in delivering regulatory compliance programs
  • Conduct proactive and reactive investigations
  • Manage complaints and data gathering
  • Develop and implement education and guidance initiatives
  • Communicate key compliance outcomes and initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in law, business, or a related field
  • Experience in government or a statutory body (not essential)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
