Hotel Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities during designated hours.
Responsibilities:- Supervise all overnight operations to guarantee guest and staff safety and security.
- Train colleagues in quality and service standards, providing them with necessary tools and equipment to excel in their roles.
- Maintain and develop skills of managers and frontline colleagues.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service, recognition, and a seamless front- and back-of-house experience.
- Support Front Office staff in delivering prompt service, professional attention, and personal recognition.
- Respond promptly and calmly to emergency situations.
- Oversee secure financial transactions and prepare daily reports.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Four years of guest service/hotel experience, including two years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
- Proficiency in the local language.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificate.
