Night Auditor

The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of hotel operations overnight. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, working closely with the Night Manager or Assistant Night Manager, and providing exceptional service to guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all hotel operations overnight, including guest services and financial transactions.
  • Lead by example by consistently upholding and embodying InterContinental brand standards in all daily operations.
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, professional service and personal recognition throughout their stay.
  • Support Front Office staff in providing exceptional service and attention to guests.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergency situations promptly and calmly.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare daily reports for audit.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure a high level of detail in auditing and reporting processes.
  • Adhere to local regulations and brand standards, as well as local policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate One Step Ahead Service Behaviours and align with True Hospitality service skills expectations.

Requirements:


  • Proven ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, brand, and Company.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Proactive approach with strong drive for team results and a track record of achievement.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
