Aligned Leisure is a subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club. We operate 32 leisure centers, community stadiums, pools, gyms, and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

As a frontline staff member, you'll deliver outstanding service and build quality relationships with facility users. This high level of service and relationship building will lead to improved revenues, through more members, program participants, and repeat customers.

We offer various programs, and our customer-facing staff will help match these programs to the unique needs of each customer. We're relentless in delivering outstanding service and implementing our purpose of connecting to thrive and win.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children Check (for employees over 18 years old).

Personal Attributes:

Customer focused.Enjoy selling memberships, swimming lessons, and other services to prospective members.Understand or enjoy the leisure industry and are motivated to serve.Relentless in approach to sales and service.

This role is based at Mildura Waves Aquatic and Leisure Centre, VIC 3500.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a working with children check and provide proof of first aid certification.
