
Customer Service Ambassador

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be the frontline ambassador for our products, assisting customers and partners to resolve their queries efficiently and professionally.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service via email or phone, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You will also be responsible for delivering accurate information about our products and solutions, helping customers resolve basic to moderately complex issues.
You will work closely with the support team to ensure a high-quality customer experience, representing our values of reliability, user friendliness, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in all interactions and log interactions and solutions accurately in our support ticketing system.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your product knowledge and customer service skills through internal training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
To be successful in this position, you will require a basic understanding of service-based business processes, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Prior experience in a customer service or contact centre role is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and approachable team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. They will also possess the ability to work well both independently and as part of a distributed team.
