Customer Service Ambassador Role

We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to manage our communication channels and support our business needs.

About the Position:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service through various channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and partners.
  • Support multiple Agoda products after receiving comprehensive training.
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly.
  • Meet individual KPIs and team goals, contributing to overall business success.
  • Execute self-service options to enhance customer service, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns, including operational issues, pricing, and invoice queries.

Your Qualifications:

  • Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 qualification, combined with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Impeccable telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
