National Claims Support Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to provide administrative and claims support functions in managing workers compensation claims.

  • Experience in claims management and workers compensation payroll processes is essential.
  • You will have excellent administrative skills, effective communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • This role is suited to someone who has had experience working with a workers compensation insurer and can calculate workers pre-injury average earnings (PIAWE).

In this role, you will contribute to the transformation of the industry by ensuring that all parties manage injured workers in a proactive manner to achieve safe and sustainable return to work outcomes.
