We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality administration support and play a key role in our claims management business unit.

  • Provide administrative assistance to facilitate the day-to-day duties of our claims management team
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of administration work
  • Meet deadlines efficiently and maintain a systematic approach to work by exercising initiative and organisational skills
  • Work collaboratively within a disciplined team and work independently on individual workloads
  • Update and maintain internal systems and processes

What's Required:

  • Enthusiasm and ability to drive business value through delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity, impact and influence
  • Ability to identify, manage and escalate conflicts to achieve effective resolution in accordance with organisational processes
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, allocate tasks and manage competing demands and resources
  • High level of attention to detail by completing tasks thoroughly and accurately and identifying errors or inconsistencies quickly
