As a Claims Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims lodgement process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lodging claims in a cost-effective and professional manner
  • Providing administration support to the wider claims team
  • Identifying operational improvements and implementing changes

You will be working closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management skills, great communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus. You should also have experience in client services or data entry, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
