Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for lodging claims efficiently and providing administration support while working with the claims administration team.
This is a full-time position with flexible hybrid arrangements for working in our offices or remotely. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to redefine excellence and make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learnt the claims lodgement process and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolves and reviews claims notification and investigation, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Identifies and implements operational improvements to streamline processes.
- Processes complex and non-complex claims, maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Provides professional service to internal partners, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Administration experience and knowledge of business practices.
- Client services or data entry experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A customer-focused approach, delivering exceptional service.
- PC literacy and database skills, with proficiency in relevant software.
