
Claims Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and administer claims, working closely with customers, repairers, and other parties.
- Manage new claims from initiation through to finalisation.
- Undertake technical claims administration, including gathering information, determining claims, preparing correspondence, calculating settlements, and processing payments.
- Assist the Divisional Manager in preparing, monitoring, and analysing claims data as required.
- Pursue opportunities for recovery and ensure timely settlement of claims.
Techincal Claims Administration
- Gathering information, conducting investigations and determinations.
- Preparing correspondence, calculations, and settlements.
Client Management
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and other parties.
Data Analysis
- Monitoring outstanding claims via a diary system.
- Analyzing claims data to identify trends and anomalies.
Critical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decision-making abilities.
- Able to work well within a team and unsupervised.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in end-to-end Motor and/or Property claims.
- Knowledge of recoveries process.
- Understanding of covers and policy wordings.
