Main Responsibilities:
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and develop daily living skills
- Plan and accompany individuals on community outings for fun and meaningful activities
- Foster positive relationships and create memorable experiences
- Provide assistance with personal care and daily needs
- Maintain accurate records of progress and achievements
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in the disability sector (an advantage if you have supported high-needs clients)
- Confidence in providing personal care and willingness to be hands-on
- A compassionate heart, good sense of humour, and proactive attitude
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
