About the Role

This pivotal role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving sustainable growth.

We're seeking a skilled professional with proven success in sales or business development, preferably in Health or Human Services.

  • You'll build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS professionals, Support Coordinators, and Allied Health Professionals.
  • Generate leads through outreach and identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and service expansion locations.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, representing our organization at industry events and expos.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven success in sales or business development.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services.
  • Motivation to pursue new business opportunities and make a meaningful impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in cold calling.
  • A valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing are highly desirable.
