We're currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team at a live-in role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your leadership expertise to motivate and guide the team, ensuring seamless execution of daily grounds and maintenance tasks.
  • Carry out incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, grounds, amenities, and other facilities with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs, painting, basic plumbing, or replacing hardware.
Requirements
  • A high level of physical fitness is required to meet the demands of this role, as are resilience and a proactive attitude.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality maintenance roles or relevant fields is essential.
  • Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to interact with and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Possess strong leadership and management skills combined with proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop others.
  • Showcase demonstrated skills and experience in repairing and maintaining buildings, plant, and equipment.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Evidence of high autonomy and self-management skills is desirable.
  • Tertiary or vocational qualification in a relevant field, or progress towards it, is an added advantage.
  • Working at heights licence and Working in confined spaces licence are highly desirable.
