Global Technology Director

As a senior technology leader, you will lead a team of 10-12 members to build and enhance workforce models across the Global Testing Delivery Team. This will provide accurate, timely, and best practice workforce management insights and capacity planning.
The role requires strategic leadership and direction to the Quality Engineering delivery teams, leading cultural shift, re-establishing, and maintaining the Quality Engineering global brand that characterizes Expert Engineering and Delivery Excellence.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a large global team of quality engineers; coaching and developing your team to be high performing;
- Innovating and embedding QE practices that deliver customer value, whilst monitoring and tracking the effectiveness of your strategy across services and platforms;
- Establishing strong working relationships with senior leaders and owners of technical services across the enterprise;
Key requirements include:
- 10+ years' experience in technology leadership roles with accountability for managing large teams;
- Experience in leading cultural change with passion for delivery excellence;
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues and stakeholders, while working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative team environment;
