Job Title: Senior Advice Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide general advice to members of superannuation funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage intra-fund opportunities within 2 days of receiving referral;
  • Broad conversations to identify member's financial needs;
  • Meet members advice needs for their superannuation through General Advice or book them for a meeting with an adviser; or refer members to comprehensive advice teams to have their needs outside their superannuation met;
  • Interactions with members must be within the MFA compliance framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Phone based experience is preferred;
  • Excellent relationship management skills;
  • Relevant financial advice competency with appropriate technical proficiency including the full suite of financial services (savings, investments, superannuation, shares, debt management, estate planning, and wealth protection);
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work with various types of people and clients;
  • Sales and target focused mindset;
  • Continuing Professional Development is required annually.
