The role of Financial Planner / Hybrid involves providing high-quality advice and service to an existing list of clients (60) through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services. Additionally, the successful candidate will meet and engage new clients referred from accounting partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality investment, SMSF, insurance and strategic financial advice
  • Maintain and foster relationships with accounting referral partners
  • Design and implement coaching tools to enhance knowledge and triggers for advice
  • Obtain referrals from existing clients and successfully convert leads generated by business development

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

The ideal applicant will have 5 years' experience in a client-facing advice role encompassing a broad range of client types and demographics. Advanced technical skills are required, including direct experience working with SMSFs, investments, and retirement income streams. A mature advice professional with a high level of client service ethic, aptitude, and capabilities is sought after.
