Senior Advice Assurance Specialist

This pivotal role involves managing trustee administration services provided to financial advisers, including conducting advice audit reviews and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day activities for trustee advice assurance and monitoring;
  • Coordinating and developing compliance processes, policies, and recommendations;
  • Delivering technical support and escalating queries to various internal teams;

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in financial advice or an advice assurance role;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience;
  • RG146 compliance in superannuation;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, particularly in relation to regulatory obligations;
  • Ability to report on and interpret data, conduct analysis, and improve performance;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • A balanced approach to risk-taking and a willingness to speak up when necessary;
